Summerhill Garden Centre reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the e-Commerce website, and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. Your continued use of this website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to use this website.
Order Process
The order confirmation sets out the details of your order. We will aim to make contact via phone within 72 hours of receiving the order to confirm availability and to arrange delivery. Following this, we will send an order complete email to acknowledge the order has been finalised and is scheduled for despatch and delivery.
Delivery charges
There is a minimum spend value of £50 for all online orders.
Online delivery charges only apply to orders placed and paid for on our e commerce site. In store prices may vary.
Standard local deliveries under £250 within our ‘local’ postcode delivery area will be charged a flat rate of £10. We offer FREE local deliveries on all orders over £250.

Summerhill Garden centre does not currently deliver outside of these postcodes for online orders, please send all enquires for any delivery requests outside of these areas to info@summerhillgardencentre.co.uk where we will see what can be done on a case by case merit.
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given in this instance where you have already paid for the goods.
Summerhill Garden Centre is delighted to offer a local delivery service which we hope you find both convenient and efficient. Summerhill garden Centre will always try to cooperate with customers’ requests, unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee to deliver on specific days or at specific times. We respectfully draw your attention to the following terms and conditions.
• This website is only for delivery of products to customers in our published delivery areas.
• Summerhill Garden Centre offers a Kerbside delivery service only.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is suitable safe access for the items to be delivered. This area should be no more than 10 meters from the public road. Our drivers are not expected to carry heavy items into back gardens or through houses.
• If a suitable and safe area is not provided and our driver is unable to deliver the goods they will return the load to the Garden Centre and the customer will be charged for any subsequent delivery at cost.
• Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery.
• Summerhill Garden Centre shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee a specific time for a delivery to arrive and customers are advised that the management and staff of Summerhill Garden Centre are not responsible for any losses or labour costs incurred by the customer or his agent waiting for goods to arrive.
• For security reasons Summerhill Garden Centre will only deliver to the cardholders address
The Management retain the right to refuse delivery on any item at any time without prior notice.
